Founder & President
Alternativa za Hrvatsku - Croatia, Zagreb June 2025 - Present
Driven by a clear vision for a more transparent, accountable, and democratic future, a reform-oriented political program was initiated and authored, focused on systemic change and the introduction of direct democratic principles. Following the completion of all required legal and administrative procedures, the political party Alternativa za Hrvatsku (AzH) was officially founded on June 15, 2025. Through a democratic internal process, the role of the party’s first President was assumed and continues to be carried out through the ongoing development of the party’s program and organizational capacity.
As founder and President, the organization was guided from initial concept through full legal registration and operational readiness, with strict adherence to constitutional, legal, and administrative requirements.
All foundational legal documents — including the party Statute, Political Program, internal regulations, and organizational framework — were authored, formalized, and continuously updated to ensure alignment with the Croatian Constitution and applicable legislation.
Mandatory documentation for party registration and ongoing compliance was prepared and submitted in coordination with the Ministry of Justice and Digital Transformation and other competent authorities.
Full regulatory compliance was ensured through continuous monitoring of relevant legislation, reporting deadlines, procedural obligations, and governance standards applicable to political parties and non-profit entities.
Accounting and financial administration were overseen in their entirety, including bookkeeping, financial planning, and statutory financial reporting in accordance with regulations governing political party financing. All official financial and program documentation required for regular public financing for the 2025 reporting year was independently prepared and submitted.
Transparency and public accountability were ensured through the timely public publication of statutory documents, financial reports, and official materials, in full compliance with legal requirements.
Party sessions and internal decision-making processes were convened and organized in accordance with statutory rules, ensuring procedural legality and proper documentation.
In parallel, the official party website was designed, developed, and is continuously maintained, including hosting and domain infrastructure, content management, and the public publication of all legally required documents, programs, and reports, ensuring accessibility, transparency, and institutional credibility.
The party’s membership registry was established and is administered with a focus on data accuracy, secure record management, and full compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Overall, both the strategic and operational development of the party are led with a focus on bridging political vision with practical execution across governance, legal compliance, financial management, digital infrastructure, and public communication.
Courier
DHL International - Croatia, Zagreb July 2024 - September 2024I worked as a courier for DHL International, where my main responsibility was to ensure shipments were delivered on time and pickups were scheduled based on consignees' requests. This involved coordinating the timely collection of pallets and shipments from business clients, helping maintain efficient logistics and strong customer satisfaction. DHL was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable workplaces I’ve been part of — I genuinely felt at home. I had the flexibility to work mostly afternoon shifts, and the pay was excellent. Unfortunately, as summer holidays came to an end, I had to leave the role to focus on my studies. Nonetheless, I look back on that experience with appreciation.
Production Planner
Rimac Technology - Croatia, Zagreb June 2024 - July 2024At Rimac Technology, I worked as a Production Planner, supporting the team by managing tasks related to warehousing, purchasing, and production processes in the ERP/Infor system. I was responsible for creating and adjusting Warehousing Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Production Orders to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows. Although the technical side of the role was engaging, I made the decision to leave earlier than expected due to a combination of poor leadership, a rigid top-down culture, and an unsustainable wage structure. It was an important learning experience that helped me clarify what I value in a workplace: mutual respect, open communication, and fair compensation.
Courier
Overseas Trade - Croatia, Zagreb July 2023 - July 2023In this role, I was responsible for delivering and picking up shipments for both private and business customers, including handling Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipments. I also managed dispatching, shipment preparation, and route planning to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Although I was enthusiastic about the work itself, I chose to leave shortly after starting due to serious management issues and an overall unprofessional environment that didn’t align with my values. Shortly afterward, I enrolled in university to pursue a more meaningful and future-focused career path.
Inovation Fair Organizer
Savez Inovatora Zagreb - Croatia, Zagreb October 2021 - October 2021I was responsible for setting up the Innovation Fair location, which included arranging cables, establishing the network, and organizing tables and chairs. Additionally, I coordinated the display of awards and medals, and assisted with presentation setups and computer support to ensure a smooth event. This was a one-week volunteer activity.
